Les H. Hogan's Obituary
Leslie (Les) Hogan age 76 passed away on September 1st, 2023 after fighting a long battle of esophageal cancer. Les is survived by his ex-wife Kathy and their daughter Leslie Dawn, grandchildren and great grandchildren; his sister, Patsy; his wife, Patricia and stepsons Shawn and Shad and their children. After graduating high school Les joined the Navy and served in the Vietnam war. He received the Vietnam Service Medal (1 bronze star) and the National Defense Service Medal. He later worked in the reverse osmosis industry. In his later years he worked for the American Red Cross as a driver for blood drives which he enjoyed meeting new people and going to different places throughout the city. Les enjoyed fishing, camping and being in the sequoia national park area or anywhere there was a river, lake or campsite. He was loved by all with his witty sense of humor and easy-going personality. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and his neighbors who he enjoyed talking to.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
