I met "Bud" in Naples Italy while being stationed at NTCC. He did not like to drive downtown Naples, so when Pat wanted to go downtown he would give me the Keys to his FIAT 850 and said take her! I was there best man at their wedding. I gave them one-half of a twenty dollar bill and said we would put it together at their 25th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately after trying to locate them for the last 15 years it saddens me that here is where I finally locate him.
