Doris was such a wonderful example of a Godly woman. She had a very sweet spirit and loved her family and church family with unconditional love.
She is the mother of my sweet son-in-law Carl. I thank her for the Godly man she raised. Doris and I prayed together many times over the years for our children and grandchildren. She will be missed.

There just are not the right words...my heart is sad, but happy at the same time. Doris shared her life with me at a time when my own soul was heavy. She read the Psalms aloud to me and hugged on me and simply was just there. I remember her saying to me "Just be" because I was so overwhelmed with life I was not at peace and she taught me to "just be". Well now she is able to just be in the presence of Jesus, where she loved to be. My life was changed by the love of this beautiful soul.
Dear Carl and family,
Doris was a lovely, sweet woman of God. I treasure every hug she ever gave me when I came to church. She leaves such a legacy to her family and church family.
