William Peter Vergeer's Obituary
Mr. Vergeer was preceded in death by his brother the Rev. Henk Vergeer and two grandchildren, Hannah and Titus Vergeer. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lida Vergeer, sons Ed Vergeer (Kristina), Tony Vergeer (Cathy); Mike Vergeer; daughters Marisca Munoz (Frank), Lori Redman (Eric), Christy Woolsey (John); brothers Aad, Theo, Yos, Louis, Sjaak, Bert and Ferd; sister Nel; and 13 grandchildren. He served in the U.S. National Guard from 1963 to 1969. He completed agricultural school in Holland. Mr. Vergeer was born in Alphen ann de Ryn, Holland. He immigrated to the United States in 1959. He owned a landscaping business for 20 years, and later grew green house foliage plants. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and sang in the choir Memorial donations may be made to the St. Dismas Guild, P.O. Box 2129, Escondido CA 92023.
