William was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Edna Hutchings. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Gail; sons, David (Renea), and Jeff (Lisa) Hutchings; daughter, Shari (Dan) More; grandchildren, Jordan, Hannah, Whitney, and Alexandra; brothers, Robert and Jesse; sisters, Hilda Bowen, and Betty Kindrick; and many nieces and nephews. William was a rancher for 50 years. He was a member of the Valley Center Rotary, Valley Center History Museum (President), Valley Center School Board for 8 years, Palomar Pomerado Hospital Board for 29 years, Upper San Luis Rey Conservation District, an In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Valley Center History Museum, 29200 Cole Grade Rd., Valley Center.
