He was preceded in death by his father, James Stamm Sr.; mother, Barbara Stamm; and sister, Tina Irvin. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; daughters, Keri Bowerman, and Kandy Stewart, and son, Will Stamm Jr.; brothers, Mike Stamm and James Stamm, Jr.; sister, Valerie Frank; one granddaughter, Brianna; two grandsons, Jesiah and Elijah. William "Bill" Stamm was a long time resident of Escondido. He was a construction worker.
