Vincent Amato's Obituary
Vincent Amato, of Escondido, California, 92, died on Sunday, February 28, 2016, after a long illness. Vincent (Vinnie) was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Raffaele and Raffaela (Serricchio) Amato. Vinnie retired as Sales Manager from Zee Buick of Milford, CT, after 33 years. He was an Airforce veteran of WWII. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Marie (Perfetto) Amato, his youngest son, Robert Amato and brother, Pasquale Amato.
Vinnie is survived by his son, Ralph (Diana Pallozzi) Amato,daughter-in-law, Stacy Lee Amato, two sisters, Millie DeVito and Patricia (Charles) DeCesare, two granddaughters, Danielle (Eric) Nichols and Alexis Amato, one grandson, Rafaello R. Amato, and two great granddaughters, Brooke and Stephani Nichols.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service Saturday, March 5, 2016, 11am at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225 South Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025. Vinnie will be buried alongside his beloved, Marie at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek, Phoenix, AZ.
