Victor Otto "Tuffy" Herrera's Obituary
Mr. Herrera is survived by his wife of 33 years, Margaret Herrera; sons Victor Herrera (Teresa), David Herrera (Kim), and Mark Herrera (Susan); daughters Rebecca Herrera and Victoria Herrera; sisters Linda Woll (Larry), Daine Shepard Dave) and Elaine Alarid (Nick); grandchildren, Ryann, Mirinda, Joshua, Robert, Victor and David. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 to 1979. He owned and operated Vic's Garage in Valley Center until he retired in 1996. He enjoyed fishing, driving his John Deer Gator, building houses and operating heavy equipment. The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 1320 W.
