Thomas Charles Dolan's Obituary
Thomas Charles Dolan passed away peacefully Thursday, August 16, 2012 after a brief illness. A long time resident of Escondido, he was born in National City March 16, 1934. Dolan retired from Palomar College in 1986. He was an electronics and computer science professor. He also served as the director of data processing during his time at the college. Dolan enlisted in the Navy in 1952 and served as an aviation machinist mate. He also worked as a Riverside City firefighter from 1956 to 1963. Dolan grew up in Imperial Beach and Santa Rosa. He lived in Riverside and San Diego before settling in Escondido. Dolan is preceded in death by his parents and a sister. He is survived by his daughters, Sheri and Carolyn Dolan and Stephanie Moore (Tad); sons, Robert and Michael Dolan; siblings, Daniel John and Lorraine Dolan; and his wife, Judith Dolan, from whom he
