Thomas George Robinson's Obituary
Thomas George Robinson – only son of the marriage of Dorothy Elizabeth (Morrill) Robinson and George Patrick Robinson, both of whom preceded him in death, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2013 in the city of Escondido, San Diego County, California. Mr. Robinson is survived by his beloved and cherished wife of twenty-five years, Shirley Ann (Leonard) Robinson, formerly of Schroon Lake, Essex County, New York, and stepson Michael Anthony Grosso of Los Angeles, CA. Thomas graduated from Jackson High School in 1959 and went on to voluntarily serve in the United States Marine Corps for six years, attaining the rank of Sergeant; he was awarded a number of decorations. Subsequently, Mr. Robinson earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Jackson Junior College in 1966, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University (Summa Cum Laude, Class Salutatorian) in 1968, and a Master of Business Administration Degree Private interment ceremonies with military honors have taken place at Miramar National Military Cemetery in San Diego County, California. No further memorials are planned.
