Sylvia has 11 Grandchildren: Sylvia Ramirez, Julianna Chavez, Tony Ramirez, Regina Sanchez, Brandi Hernandez, Johnny-Angel Olguin, Joseph Primera, Monique Apodaca, Rene Ramirez, Lucky Ramirez, and Micah Primera. She also has 7 Great Grandchildren. Sylvia worked for The Lake San Marcos Resort for 12 years. She enjoyed sewing and made all her children's clothes when they were younger.
