Sybil Purcell was born in Brady, Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Frank "Lyal" Purcell; son, Frank (Nickie) Purcell Jr. (Nickie); daughters, Sharon Rediess (Herman) and Jerilyn Richie (Al); eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
