Ruth Maben Serr's Obituary
Mrs. Serr was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Serr Sr., in 1994.
She is survived by her son, James E. Serr Jr.; daughter Nancy Serr-Owens; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, the World War II Victory Medal and the American Campaign Medal. She was a purchasing officer for Palomar Community College. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, fishing and traveling.
