Rudy Lopez Canalez's Obituary
Rudy is preceded in death by his wife, Ophelia Brieno Canalez. He is survived by his sister, Sarah Mendoza; sons, Rudy Canalez Jr., Rusty Canalez, Richard Canalez and Randy Canalez; daughters, Ufemia Heard, Anita Bridges and Renee Schuble. Early in life, Rudy was a chef for several restaurants in Escondido, and later retired as a Foreman in underground piping for Local Union 89. He loved cooking, camping, horseshoes, playing cards, gardening and family BBQ's. Rudy will be remembered best
