Rose Frances Milburn's Obituary
Rose is survived by Nieces: Marilyn Phillips, Lana Kurwicki, and Monica Phillips; and Nephews: Curtis Phillips and John Phillips. All of these relatives live in Illinois. Rose served our country as a registered nurse in the United States Army from 1943 to 1947. Rose wa a registered nurse for 40 years. After serving in the Army she continued her nursing skills at The Veterans Administration Hospital for another 36 years. She was a member of Emmaniel Faith Church in Escondido, a member of Women's Overseas Service
