Romy G Castro's Obituary
Romy G. Castro, 88, of Escondido California passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 9th, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on October 3rd, 1931 in Pangasinan Philippines. Romy was a retired Naval Chief. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Romy was a wonderful person, kindhearted and thoughtful. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Ascencion (Beza), daughter Carina Castro, son Paul JJ (Gina) Castro, grandchildren Jimmy, Jordan, Julianna, Joshua, Alicia and great grandson Jaydon.
Visitation will be on Sunday October 27th from 2pm-6pm at the Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225 South Broadway, Escondido CA 92025.
A mass will be held on Monday October 28th, 10am-11am at St Mary Catholic Church, 1170 S Broadway, Escondido CA 92025. There will be an escorted procession to Miramar National Cemetery directly after the church mass. Burial services are at 12:30pm at 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego CA 92122.
