Robert Owen Bruemmer's Obituary
He is survived by his "ever loving wife" of 57 years, Dolores; daughters, Janet Hyser (Doug) and Nancy Schippel (Doug); grandchildren, Jennifer Burke (Kevin), Michael and Jonathan Hyser, and Blake and Adam Schippel; sister, Nelda Smith; nieces Valerie Bennett (Donald) and Kim Wilson (Mike). He served as an ensign in the Navy. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Iowa where he was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. He had a 30 year career with Trans World Airlines. He retired in 1974 as a regional vice-president and moved with his wife to Rancho Bernardo. Over the years, he served the RB community in many positions, including President of Rotary, Symphony on the G Memorials may be made in his name to the Rancho Bernardo Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
