Robert Parada's Obituary
Robert Parada, 72, was born on July 8, 1940 and died on July 20, 2012 at his home of natural causes. He lived 40 years on the Rincon Indian Reservation. Mr. Parada is a member of the Rincon Band of Luiseno Indians. He served proudly in the United States Marine Corp. He retired after 40 years from Painters Local Union 1906. He was an accomplished artist of Native American Art. Mr. Parada was survived by his wife of 48 years Carroll. He has three brothers: Michael Parada, Gilbert Parada, and John Parada and four sisters: Jane Holtzmann, Delores Whipple, Diana Whitely and Robin McCarthy. His children include: sons, David Para Preceding him in death were his parents: Helen Marie and Michael Eugene Parada and sister Patricia Rael.
