Richard Paul Cruz Jr.'s Obituary
Richard P. Cruz Jr, 55, of Escondido, CA., passed away on October 19th. Rick was born in Escondido to Richard Sr. & Angie on December 31, 1965.
Rick was a beautiful, gifted, intelligent, funny person. He always had a bright smile and an encouraging word. He loved the ocean as much as the desert. He loved traveling, new experiences, learning about different cultures, and traveling the world.
Rick is preceded in death by Richard P. Cruz Sr and James N. Loeschnig. Rick is survived by his mom Angie Cruz, sisters Elizabeth Murphy, and Alison Ruppert, nieces Destiny and Desiree Ruppert, and partner Scott Teague.
Pallbearers will be: Scott Teague, Rodney Murphy, Robert Ruppert, Aaron Cruz, Chris Purbaugh, and Brandon Davis.
Services are as follow: Tuesday, November 2nd, 4pm-8pm, Rosary 7pm @ Alhiser-Comer Mortuary in Escondido. Funeral Mass, Wednesday, November 3rd, 10:00am @ St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Escondido, gravesite to follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
