Raymond is survived by his mother, Cynthia Macias; step-father, Freddie Kaiser; grandparents; Richard Leon and Consuelo Jaime; brothers, Luke Victor and Max Victor; sisters, Serena Portillos, Alexis Victor, and Leishea Macias. He was preceded in death by his brother, Isaac Portillos. Raymond was very politically active and was an advocate of gay rights.
