Raul E. Serrano's Obituary
Raul was a loving partner and companion of 26 years to Maria Garcia, and loving stepfather to Miguel Garcia; He is survived by his mother, Rosa Serrano; brothers, Guillermo and Alfredo; sisters, Rosa, Nina and Anna; 13 nieces and nephews; and a large and loving extended family. Raul was a lifelong Charger and Padre fan, enjoyed exploring the outdoors, and loved animals of all kinds. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made, in Raul's name, to the Escondido Humane Society or the American Heart Association
