Phyllis Mae Kelley's Obituary
Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother several times over. Phyllis was the matriarch for the Kelley family and she was everyone's support. She was an unconditionally kind and positive woman who handled life's struggles with grace and compassion. Phyllis wwas born in 1928 in La Grand, Oregon and moved down to Long Beach, CA when she was in high school. There she met her future husband and serviceman, Cecil Kelley. The couple wed on December 4th, 1946; shortly thereafter she and Cecil moved to Va She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil; and daughter, Lauri.
