Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Philip and Eileen; his 2nd wife, Mary and son, Lee. His memory will live on through his wife, Agnes; son, Philip (Marie); daughters, Cathy Neeley (Craig) and Patty; brothers, Leo (Ruth Ann) and Ricky; grandchildren, Katie, Nick, and Jordan; nephews, Kyle and Gabriel; and countless friends and relatives. Phil believed in two basic ideas, if you're going to do it, do it right and do the right thing, especially when noody is looking. Known for his generosity and sense of humor, Phil enjoyed life and was loved and admired by those who knew him. He believed Phil also believed that golf lessons were a waste of time and the answer to a missed putt was buying a new putter. He firmly believed there wasn't a shelf life on a joke, that they just get funnier especially after thirty or forty times. Phil's professional career over the last 45 years was spent in the insurance field. He was instrumental and considered an expert in creating programs for contractors.
