Penola E. Ponder's Obituary
Penny is survived by her children, Kate, John and Jim; grandchildren, Garrett, Sarah, Kelly, and Lauren; and sister, Helen Sands of Prescott, Arizona. Penny Latham was born in Banning California and had three siblings. She was a graduate of Imperial High School and Brawley Junior College and was employed in the accounting department of the Irrigation District at Imperial Headquarters. While volunteeri Penny was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church since 1947 serving on the Atlar Guild, St. Margaret's Guild, teaching Sunday school and volunteering in the church Thrift Shop. She was a life member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, holding various offices. Pen In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church.
