Patricia L. Beatty's Obituary
Patricia "Pat" L. Beatty passed away peacefully on November 4, 2011. Born in 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was one of eleven children born to Paul and Mary Hutsell.
Pat was a Mensan, and graduated from Regina High School where she excelled in English and Literature. She also worked as an editor for the school newspaper. In 1976, Pat and her family moved to Escondido, CA, where she became a licensed Real Estate Broker servicing Escondido-North County residents for over 35 years. Over the course of her career, she managed and owned several real estate companies; served Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her warmth, kindness, joy and love were so abundant that everyone who knew her will remember her generous sharing of these many Throughout her life, Pat loved the opera and live theatre. She was a proud member and supporter of the San Diego Opera Company, Starlight Theatre Company, North County Opera Guild, Center for the Arts-Escondido, Lawrence Welk Theatre Company, Patio Playh Surviving Pat are her children, Rick and Krista; her siblings; Jean Kieffer, Betty Greene, David Hutsell, Nick Hutsell, Suzy Holloway, and Kathy Beresfod; many beloved nieces and nephews; cousins and countless friends.
