Patricia Ann's Obituary
Patricia went to heaven to be with her beloved husband, Donald Armour Ashforth, and the Lord, on August 3, 2022, one year after his passing. They would have been married 66 years July 1, 2022.
Pat was 100% Norwegian, and her parents immigrated to the US through Ellis Island. She is survived by her sister, Betty Schnatter. Pat has 3 children, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Her family was her greatest joy, and her legacy is the beautiful and cohesive family that she created. Pat was part of Mensa, the high IQ society, she was a published poet, and she was an avid painter. She sang in her church choir, she loved all of God’s creatures, and she was a devout Christian. She was a blessing to all who knew her.
A memorial to celebrate her life will be held at Emmanuel Faith Community Church in the Chapel, 639 East 17th Street, Escondido on Saturday, September 17 at 2pm.
