Norman C. Clapp's Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; sons, Larry Clapp and Lee "Smokey" Clapp; a sister, Arlene Schroyer; a brother, Duayne Clapp; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Lloyd Clapp in 1995. Norman served in the Navy during WWII. He married Eleanor Cooper on August 8, 1948. He worked in Federal Civil Service primarily at NAS Miramar until his retirement in 1979. Norman was a member of the Fundamental Baptist Church in Escondido.
