Nellie G. Thompson's Obituary
Nellie was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill Thompson in 1993 and her son, William D. Thompson in 1999. She is survived by her daughter Merrilyn Gilbert and her husband, Lee. Nellie has 7 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. Nellie was very social and belonged to many many clubs. She taught at many elementary schools in San Diego Conty. She owned and operated The Remnant Shop selling fabric from 1940-1946. She loved gardening and belonged to several gardening clubs.
