Matthew James Loutsenhizer's Obituary
Matthew was a devoted uncle, a loving son, and a friend as well as brother. He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Sandra (Acosta); his three siblings, Nicole, Jacob, and Tiffany; his nephew, Alekzander. Matthew died in a motor vehicle accident about 25 miles west of Salida, Colorado. Matthew was wearing his seat belt. Alcohol and drugs were not factors in the crash. Matthew was born in San Diego, California, and spent his formative years there. After September 11, 2001, Matthew felt it was his patriotic duty to serve his country. He realized his dream when he joined the United States Army in 2003, after graduating Matthew was a military history enthusiast and had a wry sense of humor. He loved Jameson wiskey, The Clancy Brothers, and never watched a movie featuring the Duke that he didn't like.
