Mary M. Espinosa's Obituary
Mary M. Espinosa, passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 77, surrounded by her loving family. A devoted Catholic wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Mary’s legacy is one of faith, unconditional love and family values.
She was born at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, CA to Pablo and Desideria Villalobos on March 25, 1946, one of 15 siblings. Mary loved spending time in the kitchen, cooking and baking for her loved ones and was an avid decorator for all holidays, though none more so than Christmas. Above all, her favorite thing to do was spend time with her grand and great grandchildren. A guardian angel to so many, she will forever be missed.
Mary is survived by her husband of 55 years: Fermin, children: Denise, Ramon and Michael, grandchildren: Kristine, Jacob and Alivia, great grandchildren: Kameron and Myles, along with 11 of her siblings, 8 brothers and 3 sisters.
All services will be in Escondido. A viewing is scheduled for 5 pm on May 1, 2023 at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary on South Broadway. A rosary will be held at 9:30 am, immediately followed by a mass at 10 am on May 2, 2023 at Resurrection Catholic Church on Conway Dr. Burial services will follow and be held at 11:30 am at Oak Hill Memorial Park on Glenridge Rd. A reception and celebration of Mary’s life will be held following the burial at Resurrection Catholic Church hall.
