Maria Vanderzanden's Obituary
Maria is survived by her husband, John; daughters Geri Sterling (Michael), Alysa Brennan (TJ) and Paloma Jackson (Rodney); brothers, Jesus, Manuel, Robert and Francisco; and her grandchildren; Laura, Rebecca, Mike, Rachel, Jasmine, Maya, Ryan, Camilla, Liliana, and Timmy. She was preceded in death by daughters, Gabriella and Mary Elizabeth. She married John Vanderzanden on April 4, 1964. Her greatest loves were her family and her dogs, and she was extensively involved in Southern California through her volunteer activities In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in Maria's name; www.bajaanimalsanctuary or any other "No Kill" animal shelter
