Margaret Louise Gallardo-Gomez
Born on March 16, 1923 Entered into Eternal Peace on May 12, 2017.
Mom was born & raised in Escondido, California. Mom held several jobs as an Interpreter for "The Bracero Program", Mom also worked at Sears & Roebuck as a Cashier and Consolidated as a Riveter. After Marrying Angel (Babe), Mom was a homemaker raising her family. In the late 70's Mom went to work as the Manager of a Board & Care home for the elderly, where Mom eventually retired.
Mom was preceded in death by her Parent's Clemencia & Elias Gallardo, her Husband Angel Gomez, Jr. and son Alfonso J. Gomez Also Brothers, Eddie Gallardo & Louie Gallardo, her Sisters Pauline Cervantes, Linda Chavez, Catherine Reyes, Lupe Orozco & Anna Mae Garcia.
Mom is Survived by her Sister Teresa Salazar & Brothers Elias Gallardo, Jr & Domingo Gallardo (Carla), her sons, Edward Cruz (Mary), Frank Gomez (Kathryn), and daughters Christine B. Wright, Deborah Gomez, Kathy L. Gomez & Rosemarie Gomez. Mom left a legacy of four generations of grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225 S. Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025.
