Luis Fernando Romero passed away April 2, 2012. He was born August 14, 1993 in Laguna Hills, CA. Luis was a 2011 graduate of Escondido High School. He was a Cadet with the Escondido Police Dept. Luis is survived by his parents, Luis and Mercedes; and sister, Laura Romero.
