Lucille Eileen Mansfield's Obituary
To Our Family and Friends:
Thanks so much to all of you who have sent messages or called us with your condolences, thoughts and prayers to us and our family on the passing of our mother, Lucille Eileen Mansfield, earlier this week. She was just a month shy of her 96th birthday.
We have arranged for a celebration of Lucille’s life. It will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Memorial Chapel located at the Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church where Lucille attended and was a member for many years. The address is 17010 Pomerado Road, San Diego, CA 92128. It is located about 2 miles east of the I-15 freeway at the Rancho Bernardo Road exit, just north of the corner of Rancho Bernardo Road and Pomerado Road. We will be arranging a reception afterwards, with details upcoming and available at the celebration service.
Some of our friends who have indicated they would like to honor Lucille’s memory but cannot make it to the ceremony have asked about sending flowers or making a donation in her name. Flowers can be sent to the church for the ceremony. We have also made arrangements with both the church and The Elizabeth Hospice who provided such wonderful care to her over the last two years to honorably accept donations in her name. Their contact information is as follows:

Attention: Tony Cook
The Elizabeth Hospice

(on-line donations can also be made at https://elizabethhospice.org/donate)
We look forward to seeing you if you can attend; we just ask that you RSVP by February 28 so we can plan for a wonderful event.
Again, we all thank you for the support you have expressed. It truly means a great deal to us.
