Rowan Palma
As his neighbor growing up at 5th & Fig, our Palma family got to know most if not all Martinez family members. Louie was my first employer at La Tapitia. In 1980 Louie graciously took me along with Louie Jr on a memorable Florida trip. I’ll miss Louie’s quick humor , generosity and his passion in being a good father.
