Loretta Frances Linton's Obituary
Mrs. Linton was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Linton Sr., in 1987. She is survived by her Sons: Vern Linton (Josette Scott), Thearl Linton (Nancy); Daughters: Veronica Orozco (Isidro Sr.), Margarita Linton (Oscar Luna), and Pamela Chavez (Anthony); Brother: Daniel Blacktooth (Sally); and Sisters: Shirley Brock, Dorothy Blacktooth, and Angelena Blacktooth (Henry Smith). She also is survived by 16 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. She lived in Pala Indian Reservation for 35 years. She retired in 2003, as tribal secretary and treasurer of the Pala Band of Mission Indians. She was a bookkeeper for the Southern Califonia Tribal Chairmans Association and bookkeeper for the La Jolla Ban
