Lenora "Ellen" Fredericks' Obituary
Lenora Fredericks was a long time Escondido resident. She was born in Washington, DC. Lenora married her college sweetheart, Ben Simank in 1942. He was killed during WWII before the birth of their son, Ben. Ellen then married John Fredericks in 1945 with whom she had two children. She is survived by her children, Ben (Lindy) Fredericks, Frieda (Frank) Alexander, John (Mary) Fredericks MD; nieces, Diana Bollero and Bonnie Horner; nephews, Jack (Morgan) Horner and Robert Horner; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
