It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved husband and father, Larry R. Axtell on September 27, 2017. A small family memorial service will be held on Oct. 7, 2017 at 11:00am.
after battling a long illness from a (rare) form of Parkinson's, Larry is finally set free and is in the grace of our Heavenly Father.
Larry grew up in San Diego, California and moved to both Yuma and Show Low, Arizona where he pursued his love of fishing and hunting. Two years ago, Larry relocated to spend his remaining months in north San Diego with family.
Larry is survived by his wife, Karel, step-daughters, Julie Wright ad Theresa Tuggle, along with 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Celebrate the life, cherish the memories. Larry R. Axtell began his life on July 2, 1948 and went to our Heavenly Father on September 27, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary at 225 South Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025 at 11:00am.
