Joseph is survived by his wife of 46 years: Frances Hart; Sons: Mike Hart and his wife, Wendy, Benjamin Hart and his wife, Connie, and Chris Hart and wife, Terri; and Daughters: Phyllis Detellem and husband, Joe, and Sandra Tipton. She has 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Joseph served our country in the Air Force. Joseph was a self-employed sewing and vaccuum repair person for 20 years. He was the owner of Poway Sewing. He was a sewing machine technician. He drove a semi truck. He enjoyed his family and computers.
