Mr. Chandler is survived by his Wife: Germaine Chandler; Daughters: Janet Killinger and husband William, and Kathleen Neumann as well as 3 Grandchildren. He served his country in The United States Army during World War II. He was a prisoner of War. He retired in 1983 after 11 years as a music store owner.
