John Marcel Kolb's Obituary
John Marcel Kolb was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Kolb; mother Mary Ruth Kolb; brother Francis Cordell Kolb, Chester Kolb, George Neal Kolb, Len Kolb, Leonard “Sunny”Kolb; Sister Erlene Hibdon, Rose Kolb; and son James Marcel Kolb.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda Lee Kolb; Daughter Lynn Marie Garcia(Moises); and his three grandchildren, Michelle Lee Garcia, Chris Ryan Garcia, and Vanessa Marie Garcia.
John worked at Sears, freeway construction, Edelbrock manifold company, heavy equipment operator, worked on forklifts and Peterbilt’s, working for the tribe, and working many years at the bus barn. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed traveling, looking at the stars, riding his Polaris, and eating clam chowder at J&Ms.
Viewing will be held at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Graveside service will be held at Rincon Reservation Cemetery on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM
