Ron Bickel
Jack and I have been engineering associates for many, many, years. As I recall, Jack was a "quiet man", a man of deep thought, and one that could (would) expound upon setting his priorities with the more important tasks "of the day". I have not yet read Jack's "life's tributes", but I knew of him as a "true leader" of which I learned many, many, of his personal, and educational attributes, that led to my own rise in the world of "engineering"! I think we each had a "comeraderie" for one other that went beyond typical "boss/employee" relationships. We communicated, and he taught me the "nuance" of engineering practices in all facets of "what we did together for the good of our country"!
He "will be missed".
