Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 35 years: Katrina Newell; Daughters; Kara Brown and her husband Curt, and Kelli Newell; Brothers: Peter Newell and wife Bea,, Michael Newell, Jeremy A. Newell and wife Deb, and Jonathon B. Newell and his wife Jean. Jeffrey had 3 grandchildren: Allison, Carter, and Delaney Brown. Jeffrey served in United States Army from 1960-1962. He received a master's degree in business from the National University and a bachelor's degree from San Jose State College Jeffrey worked for Computer Companies for 36 years. He was the Vice-President of Human Resources. He was an avid golfer. He enjoyed photography, traveling especially to Hawaii, reading, and art.
