Jeannette Howard Frash's Obituary
A cherished mother and grandmother, Jeannette is survived by her daughters, Karen Hand (Mrs. Russell E.) and Julieanne Hathaway; son William Howard Frash (Judi); grandchildren, Matthew Hand (Katie), Michael Frash, Carrie Frash, David Frash, Katie Hathaway and Cooper Hathaway; as well as her sister, Maralee Griffin. She was preceded in death by her sister, Bette Jean. Born in Lewiston, Ill to Dr. and Mrs. Charles E. Howard, she came to San Diego with her family at the age of four and grew up in Mission Hills with her parents and two sisters. She attended local schools, San Diego State College and graduated from U.C. B Jeannette was marreid for 67 years to San Diego native Col. William Mouris Frash, USMC, Ret. who died in May of 2006.
