Jason H. S. Fan's Obituary
Mr. Fan is survived by his Wife of 58 years: Catherine Chang Fan; Daughter: Celeste Fan; and Sister: Lucy Garra and husband Anthony. He was a captain in the Chinese Air Force. He graduated with a Masters Degree. Mr. Fan was born in Shanghai, China , and lived in Escondido for 11 years. He retired in 1980 as a senior mechanical engineer for Hughes Aircraft Co.
