Mrs. Styers was preceded in death by her Husband: Jack E. Styers in 1979. She is survived by her Sons: Jeffrey S. Styers and wife, Christine, James P. Styers; and Grandchild: Jennifer Styers. She served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Janet graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, She was an airline stewardess, a physical education teacher for six years and an accomplished pianist. She was president of the Irvine Travel Club and the Irvine Seniors Travel Club. She enjoyed acting with the Geri Actors for 10 years.
