Jami Suzanne Howard's Obituary
Jami's life would seem too short for many, but for those who were touched by her giant smile that could melt your heart, it left a feeling that will live on forever. Though for some time she never spoke a word, her voice and thoughts could always be heard. At times Jami's illness made her appear frail, but she possessed strength, perservance, the ability to overcome incredible odds and physical challenges. With her courage she led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. She could spend hours lounging in her favorite chair, or cuddling close to those she loved so much. She loved all animals with a special affection for horses. Pink was her favorite color. She enjoyed swimming and spending time with her family. Restful times were made even more special with tender touches from Carlie and Kelly Callahan, Selah and Caleb Howard, Emma and Mackenzie Purkey. She is survived by her loving and devoted parents, Eddie and Vicki Howard; brothers, Jon Howard (Candace), and Jason Howard (Kara); grandmother, Donna Baker; nieces and nephews, Rachel, Tommy, Selah and Caleb Howard. Jami leaves behind wonderful caregiver The family would like to express their gratitude to all of Jami's aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors for their support and thoughtfulness during Jami's lifetime. With Jami's passing we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her everyday, especially her giant smile, she will always remain forever in our hearts.
