James Franklin Phillips passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012. He was born October 14, 1932 in Lehigh, Iowa. James was a telephone engineer at Pacific Bell. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. James is survived by his spouse, Melva Phillips; sons, Robert J. and David M. Phillips; daughters, Victoria L. Lachmund (Jim), Karin L. Phillips-Cole (Noah), and Jacque Stubblefield (John); eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
