He is survived by his parents, Timothy and Nancy Spigner; brothers, John Paul Prado, Kevin and Marcus; sister, Corinna Spigner; grandparents, John Prado, Lucy Heinrich, Nathan and Bessi Spigner. Isaiah was a beautiful young man full of creativity and humor. He won the hearts of peers and adults alike with his outgoing and genuine nature.
