Gordon Allen Budd's Obituary
Mr. Budd is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara Ann Budd; his only son, Timothy Budd; and his younger brother, Jerry Budd. Mr. Budd served in the Army and National Guard leading to an honorable discharge in 1968. Mr. Budd moved to Escondido in 1954 and then graduated from Escondido High School in 1956. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from San Diego State University in 1963. He married Barbara Ann Pioch on September 10, 1960. Following his formal education, Mr. Budd worked in the banking and insurance industries in Northern California, Pennsylvania and New York. In 1974, Mr. Budd moved back to Escondido to stay. He was the In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the First United Methodist Church or Escondido East Rotary Club.
